GRACE ORPHANAGE

Following the earthquake of January 2010, the tiny island of Île-à-Vache (off the southwest coast of Haiti) saw a flood of children appearing in the homes of next-of-kin or strangers.  These children had lost parents in the earthquake and were sent to their only known family members, some of whom they had never met.

On an island where families struggle to feed their own children, a cry went out from the community to open an orphanage for these children.  God answered their prayers.  Grace Orphanage opened in November 2011, with the children being housed in unfinished rooms of a school, until their permanent home was completed in July of 2012.  In October 2015, the addition of a second floor began.

Caribbean Children’s Foundation (CCF), is a 501(c)(3) tax-deductible organization. CCF was founded as a means to help children living in the country of Haiti and the Dominican Republic.

As we are commissioned to spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ, we will faithfully serve the Lord as we serve others. We will do our best to, ‘defend the weak and the fatherless; uphold the cause of the poor and the oppressed’. - Psalms 82:3 NIV
